mothers and daughters are like cookies and milk…. | goglin

…independently wonderful, but so much better when they are together.
A mother-daughter shoot (with a side of Seth) is a WONDERFUL idea when your baby girl is about to graduate high school. :*)  I was very excited to do this shoot for my fabulous neighbors. If the young lady in the post looks familiar that is because she is “horse girl” otherwise known as our neighbor, Leighton’s sitter, my bejeweled competitor, E-Gog, and most commonly known as… Erin. :-D I’m sure everyone now knows who Erin gets her looks from.

We adore you Goglin family and I’m not sure if Leighton and I would have survived hunting season without you. We appreciate you more and more everyday.

Thank you

You may remember this awesome maternity session from a few weeks back.  I had a lot of people comment about how she is definitely one of the most beautiful pregnant women ever! I AGREE! Well midnight that night Miss M decided she was ready to meet mommy and daddy, 2 weeks early of course but here she is and she is GORGEOUS! Such a sweet baby! Mommy and Daddy are over the moon in love! So is Zeke, her big fur brother. :-D

Thank you Kircher family for thinking of me to capture this amazing and exciting time in your life.

Enjoy!

I have always said that I would love to have a set of multiples, whether it is twins, triplets, or more and after this triplet shoot I’m sending silent prayers in hopes that we get lucky and end up with multiples at some point!

It was very go-go-go with LOT’S of giggles, screams of happiness (mainly from my mouth) and a few kind words from sibling to sibling “Aww Bwandon, yowr soo cute!” (mom & dad, can you guess who said that?)
I should mention that these triplets are my second cousins and that their big brother Donnie came to help with everything and anything…..keeping track of two while I’m taking pictures of one, holding a reflector, being a clothes rack, being Bear food so that we didn’t have to. haha Good times!

Thank you Cousins for asking me to capture the “Trips” this year! I can only hope that my next triplet shoot (Freznick Triplets) goes as well as this one did. Enjoy family!!!

Shhhh…..keep this SP a secret please / reffitt family

Nov 15th 2009 | Categories - Families | 1 Comment »

This shoot was a very secretive, yet large family shoot. The Reffitt’s wanted to get some family photos for Grandma and Grandpa Reffitt for Christmas. All 11 of them were doing a great job of going un-noticed until walking to the front of the barn and G-ma and G-pa drove right by and looked at all of them as they stood their in shock. I still haven’t heard what their plan was for telling the grandparents what all of them were doing there…..in coordinating outfits. haha

Reffitt Fam - What did you end up telling them? :-D I hope that all your hard work on keeping this a secret has paid off.

Enjoy!

Sweet Sweet Baby *can you hear it playing?* - Michigan Maternity Photographer

If only we all looked as good as beautiful as Brooke when we’re 8 months preggo! (Brooke these comments are the truth!) I heard that she was “all-belly” but me-oh-my she really is ALL belly! How FANTASTIC to look and feel as good as she does on her first pregnancy!
They are expecting sweet baby girl at the end of November. I’m VERY excited for her newborn shoot! She is going to be such a cutie, I mean look at her parents. The girl has the good genes!! I have known Brooke since, oh, um…. like 3rd grade??! IDK? She is my sister Jenni’s best friend and I love and adore her like a sister too. Her DH Michael is just as great!

I had a blast with you two, as always!! I know you probably hope you aren’t, but i do hope you’re still pregnant when I head downstate again so that we can get those last few shots. So whatever you can do to slow the process down, please do. haha Too much to ask?

Hope you enjoy Michael and Brooke and I cannot wait to meet your beautiful baby girl in a few weeks.

xoxo

SOOOOO happy that the “T” family asked me to take some family photos! Since moving up north 3.5 years ago I haven’t really seen this family and when I lived downstate I used to see Michelle and her two oldest boys like….ohhh…..MONDAY THRU FRIDAY!!! haha LOVE these kiddos!

The weather was GREAT for us! And the kids were great too! The lil Miss “S” really loves the camera and was hilarious for it.  Her choice in poses were pretty amazing. Her and my niece Grace would get along great. haha

Thanks for the quick little get together “T” family! I hope you enjoy your sneak peak!

The weather lately has been absolutely horrible and for this shoot we were checking weather.com religiously to see if we should even attempt it. Thankfully we did because the day ended up being WONDERFUL! It wasn’t raining and the wind wasn’t trying to rip our faces off. Thanks to the great weather this beautiful shoot was able to take place!

These two have a real bond so close that it makes you just want to stop and watch them, which made it hard for me because I would have to remember to lift my camera to my face and actually capture those moments. :-D

Thank you Miss K and Mr. D for asking me to take some beautiful family photos of you. I really enjoyed our time together.

Baby’s First Halloween *RAWR*- Michigan Baby Photographer

Well there is no point in being sneaky and calling Braylon, Mr. B because of the picture I chose to show. :-D
Isn’t that the cutest name?

This was Braylon’s first Halloween, he is pretty much 6 months old, only 17 days older than lil Miss Leighton. I was so honored to take the “G” family photos because they are good friends of ours. Mr. G graduated with Don and I, and watching him with his son was SO sweet and again…. makes me want a lil boy. :/ haha Someday, but not someday soon.

I hope you enjoy your sneak peek “G” family.
